To use 9999bd's services, you must meet the eligibility requirements listed below. Failure to comply may result in your account being closed at any time.

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Under no circumstances will accounts be approved for minors.
• You must register using accurate and truthful information. Providing false details will result in immediate account termination.
• Each individual may hold only one 9999bd account. Multiple accounts from the same mobile number, email address, or device are not permitted.
• Registration is not permitted from countries or regions where 9999bd's services are prohibited. Attempting to access the platform from a restricted region via VPN may result in account termination.
• Family members of 9999bd employees are not permitted to place bets on the platform.

9999bd reserves the right to verify the information you provide at registration. A national ID or other supporting documents may be requested as part of the verification process.

Keeping your 9999bd account secure is your own responsibility. Do not share your account credentials with anyone.

Password & Login

• Use a strong password that includes letters, numbers, and special characters. Weak passwords significantly increase the risk of your account being hacked.
• Never share your password or OTP with any 9999bd staff member. Our staff will never ask for your password.
• Keep two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled — it adds an extra layer of security to your account.
• If you notice any suspicious activity or unauthorized access to your account, contact 9999bd Support immediately.

Verification (KYC)

9999bd follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure security. Identity verification may be required at the time of withdrawal. This protects your account from unauthorized use.

All financial transactions on 9999bd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following limits apply to deposits and withdrawals.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours. VIP members enjoy instant withdrawal privileges.
• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
• Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• A maximum withdrawal of ৳1,00,000 per day applies (different limits may apply for VIP members).
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.

General Bonus Policy

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Wagering requirement: 10x. Valid for 30 days.
• Weekly Cashback: 10–30% of net losses, credited to your wallet every Monday. No wagering requirements.
• Referral Bonus: ৳500 per successful referral. ৳250 for your friend. 0.5% lifetime commission.
• Bonuses cannot be used in conjunction with other bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 9999bd may modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time at its discretion.
• Any attempt to abuse or exploit the bonus system may result in the bonus and account being cancelled.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on 9999bd. These rules are in place to protect the interests of both you and us.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation Rules

• Confirmed bets generally cannot be cancelled. You may use the Cash Out feature to receive a partial payout.
• Pre-match bets are not accepted after a match has kicked off.
• 9999bd reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets are generally voided and stakes returned.
• A maximum payout limit applies per bet. The specific limit may vary by sport and market.

Live Betting Special Rules

Odds in live betting change rapidly. If the odds change before your bet is confirmed, the updated odds will apply. 9999bd reserves the right to suspend Live Betting at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9999bd platform. Violating any one of these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Bonus Abuse: Fraudulent use of the bonus system, such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Match Fixing: Attempting to influence match outcomes or placing bets based on such information.
• Money Laundering: Using the betting platform as a vehicle for money laundering is strictly prohibited.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to use your account, or using someone else's account.
• Automated Betting: Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Insider Trading: Placing bets using insider or non-public information.
